Tie Neck Maxi Dress- Parcheesi Print
4 pieces were made in each size.
Our classic tie neck maxi dress is back after a long break. Beauty in simplicity is the best way to describe this dress. To let the luxurious feel and flow of our hand spun, slow machine loomed silk cotton do the talking is what we aimed for. The exquisite lines of the maxi are accentuated by the vibrant colours and bold pattern of our signature Parcheesi print.
There are so many ways one can wear this dress whether loose with a light sandal on a hot day, teamed with statement earrings and a heel, or clenched at the waist with a statement belt, boots, and a polo neck in winter.
Our Parcheesi print was designed locally here in Fremantle, Western Australia by Madeleine Beech, and was inspired by the bright, bold, and playful designs of vintage Parcheesi board games. This feeling of nostalgia in our print is achieved thanks to a three steps block-print process by Pawan, our Stitching Project block printer, first printing the Yellow base and then skilfully aligning the Teal and Red colours.
Our silk cotton is made from hand spun cotton and silk yarn which are slow machine loomed in Pushkar India.
Each ANJELMS piece is signed by the craftsperson of The Stitching Project that was involved in its making.

I love it
This has been my first purchase of Anjelms clothing and I love it. It arrived promptly in compostable packaging. The fabric is so soft and the dress looks great loose but also with a belt. I will definitely be purchasing in the future
