What is my size?

Our sizing chart is based on standard Australian Sizing. You can find more detailed measurements in centimetres here to find your perfect fit.

Please contact us should you need sizing and styling assistance.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we welcome custom orders, which are subject to fabric availability. Please get in touch with us here to discuss further. Kindly note that custom orders usually take 6-8 weeks to complete, not including postage time.

Gift Vouchers & Credit Notes

Gift vouchers purchased through our website are exclusively for digital use and do not have an expiration date. However, all other credit notes, including in-store gift vouchers, must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of issue. Please note that once expired, any unused portion of the voucher or credit note cannot be redeemed for cash.

SALE items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Sale items, however, may be exchanged only if we have an alternative item in stock at the same sale price.

Shipping & Delivery

We partner with Australia Post to ship all items and a tracking number will be emailed to you upon confirmation of shipping. We aim to ship goods within 48 hours. Please use your tracking number to check the estimated time of arrival.
Domestic Orders

We offer free Standard Shipping (2-6 business days) on all orders within Australia. A flat fee of $25 is available for Express Shipping (1-3 days).

International Orders

Postage for all international orders will be calculated at checkout once the postal address is entered. International shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and the chosen shipping method.

Custom Duties & Taxes

Please note that customs taxes in your country are separate from postage costs. If you incur any customs taxes when your order from The ANJELMS Project arrives, those charges will be your responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Therefore, our 30-day return policy applies if you have a change of mind.
Return Policy

All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of The ANJELMS Project. Please email anjelms@anjelms.com to initiate a return.

Each item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached.

All exchanges and returns are at the cost of the customer. Returns will be processed within 5-7 working days of arriving back at our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you to confirm its status and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability due to the limited stock for each collection. Additionally, only store credit will be offered for change of mind.

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method, and store credit will be issued as a gift card valid for 12 months.

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning the item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held liable for missing items or for not receiving your return. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Faulty Items

If you happen to receive an incorrect item or believe that an item is defective, please contact customer care within 5 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos and a brief description of the issue so that we can assist you in finding a resolution.

We reserve the right to replace any item we identify as faulty as our initial response. Please be aware that damages caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse will not be classified as faulty.

What is not eligible for exchange or return?

Sale items, workshop and event tickets are non-refundable and can only be exchanged based on availability.

Custom orders and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or returns.
