Made from Hand spun, hand woven Organic Cotton, the Blue Mormon Wrap Dress feature a v cut neckline that crosses and ties with two feature tassel ties on the right hand side creating a comfortable babydoll bust line. The dress falls from under the bust to the mid calf in an A line. Hand embroidery features on the dress in various places, namely the hand stitched tassels and Blue Mormon Butterfly that is native to South India, where Porgai Artisans live and work.

Porgai Artisans association works with Lambadi women artisans at Sittilingi, Tamil Nadu reviving the traditional craft of hand embroidery. In the process earning a “rural livelihood and discovering a life if dignity and self-worth.” The collection is made using organic cotton grown in the Sittilingi Valley. Through this collection, they represent the biodiversity of the area. The butterflies, flowers, and plant life that co inhabit their home.
