Wrap Shirt - Parcheesi Print
3 pieces were made in each size.
Our classic wrap shirt is back, and this time light and breathable as ever in our silk cotton fabric. The wrap shirt has a long tie belt to allow you to tie it at the front with a bow feature or at the back with a simple tie. It sits on top of the hip to give you the comfort and coverage for everyday wear, or to tie under the bust line to let your midriff bask in the Spring Sun. Wears perfectly when mix and matched with another bold print, or worn tied looser over one of our Natural Plant Dyed dresses to jazz up your staple wardrobe pieces.
Parcheesi Print
Our Parcheesi print was designed locally here in Fremantle, Western Australia by Madeleine Beech, and was inspired by the bright, bold and playful designs of vintage Parcheesi board games. This feeling of nostalgia in our print is achieved thanks to a three step block-print process by Pawan, our Stitching Project block printer, first printing the Yellow base and then skilfully aligning the Teal and Red colours.

Hand Block Printed
Designs are hand-carved onto wooden blocks. Then Pawan, our block printer at The Stitching Project, places each block onto the cloth after dipping the block into the ink board. This process is repeated hundred times over with amazing precision and experience to create the perfect patterns.
Each Anjelms piece is signed by the craftsperson of The Stitching Project that was involved in its making.
