Working From Home Tips
Keep to your normal routine
Wake up when you usually do, set lunchtime and clock out at the same time each day.
Change out of your PJs
Even put some shoes on!
Work in a designated office area
Don't work from your bed.
Write out your daily to-do list
Listen to music
Classical music or music with no lyrics is the best when you are trying to focus.
Video call with fellow WFH friends
Don't socially isolate yourself, use Zoom, Skype or other video call apps to talk to your friends.
Go for a walk
Get some fresh air and spend it in nature to reconnect and refresh.
