Our short sleeve light silk-cotton top is a neat round neck shirt with soft pre cuffed sleeves, that falls perfectly, allowing a loose, flowy fit on the body. It is a great basic staple in your wardrobe teamed with a pair of jeans and statement necklace, or our reimagined wide-leg pants! This season the short sleeve top comes in our signature Hot Air Balloon print, pictured, hand block printed by our expert team members of The Stitching Project in Pushkar in indigo. It looks just divine this summer with our Nepalese skirt or print on print layered under our summer work overalls. This just goes to show that all of our pieces are trans-seasonal and modular.

Indigo Dye
This season, our indigo dye work has been done by award-winning printer Mr Girish, who is responsible for our Ajrakh print. The indigo produced is a shade darker than our own. Their vat is a traditional Indian vat fed with lime and sugar cake and it is 100% natural unlike many vats in India which have chemical added (synthetic) to accelerate the dyeing process.

Each Anjelms piece is signed by the craftsperson of The Stitching Project who was involved in its making.

All our plant dyes are G.O.T.S. certified and hand-dyed on the grounds of The Stitching Project gardens. All wastewater is reused for gardening purposes to reduce wastage and damaging effect on our environment.

Designed in Fremantle, Western Australia. Made ethically in Pushkar, India by The Stitching Project.
