Shell Top - Black/White Print Patchwork

$75.00 $145.00
| /

2 pieces were made in each size.

Our simple shell top is the perfect summer piece in this patchwork collection. With a slight cap sleeve and sitting on the hip, it can be teamed up with your favourite denims whether a pair of shorts, skirt or pants. As all pieces of patchwork are handstitched, the top is fully lined for a clean finish and extra comfort. It will soften after a couple of wears and a wash as the handspun, hand-loomed khadi cotton will mould itself to your body. We suggest going up a size if you wish to get a bit of extra length in the body and ease in the shoulders.

Waste Not Want Not Collection
The Waste Not Want Not collection is a capsule collection we have been working on with the team of The Stitching Project in an effort to minimize our wastage by allowing us to use a great part of our fabrics offcuts after the making of our current collection.

This collection is a 5 piece range with women and men basics summer pieces with timeless simple shapes but playful combination. Each patch has been handstitched also providing extra work for the Stitching Ladies once our collection is finished. Like all our garments each piece is made from handspun, hand-loomed khadi either naturally plant dyed or traditionally printed and finally signed by all craftsperson involved in its making.

Black/White Print Patchwork
Made entirely from block printed remnant patches, this composition includes our arabesque print and red and black stripe printed by Pawan at The Stitching Project while the floral ajrakh was made by master printer Mr Girish.

Each Anjelms piece is signed by the craftsperson of The Stitching Project that was involved in its making.

Designed in Fremantle, Western Australia. Made ethically in Pushkar, India by The Stitching Project.
