5 pieces were made in each size.

The return of an old favourite this season. Our long pull skirt is made from light hand spun, hand loomed cotton allowing a beautiful draping on either side of the skirt thanks to the pull tie in the side hems. Block printed in our striking People Gathering Print, this skirt has an easy pull-on style with an elasticated high waistband and deep front pockets. Have fun adjusting the length with different accessories and go bold with a matching collared shirt and jacket or let it steal the show with a plain black top.

People Gathering Print

The people gathering pattern was influenced through a collection of 18th-century toys originating from Europe, which featured little wooden people dancing together hand in hand. This is a pattern which plays with sentimental ideas attached to history and objects, and the way this can articulate more extensive social conventions dealing with the hindrance or help within harmony and acceptance needed to create a sustainable and ethical community. This can be perceived as the value in which The ANJELMS Project stands by as an ethical initiative and community.

Print designed in collaboration with Perth artists, Madeleine Beech and Ómra Caoimhe.
